COST?

• Individual drop-in lindy hop classes are $25 each.

• $40 for both the lindy hop and tap classes.

• $45 for the lindy hop class, tap class, and rhythm jam.

WHAT?

Lindy Hop

We are restructuring our classes here at 1929 Studios, and on
Thursday nights in Northcote (starting 13th April) we’ll be offering a new program to challenge more experienced dancers.

If you’ve worked your way through the 1929 Studios levels 1-3 curricula (or the equivalent - check in with our teaching staff to be sure), then the new level 4 class is for you. This new drop-in class will be taught by a roster of skilled teachers, and will ask you to work harder and learn more.

Tap Dance and Rhythm Jam

No advanced lindy hop program is complete without solo dance, so we have a new beginner tap dance class as well, taught by Internationally renowned teacher Thomas Waddelton. This class is also drop-in, and will focus on friendly, welcoming sessions where you learn to be precise in your movements and timing, and to truly understand what you are doing.

And because we really can’t stand the thought of leaving anyone out, this tap class is open to anyone and everyone, and is followed by a tap jam. The perfect setting for people who want to experiment with friends.
